Greg is a product of the Minor Oaks Hockey association and played all his minor and junior hockey in Oakville, Ontario. A former superstar defenseman in the Ontario Junior Hockey League, Campbell scored 25 goals in three seasons with his hometown Oakville Blades, a time in his life that saw him achieve some of his biggest accomplishments in his career. Name Oakville’s team MVP in 2014-15, Campbell represented Canada at the World Junior A Challenge in 2013. He then competed at the 2014 Central Canada Cup All-Star Challenge after showing himself to be one of the best defenders in tier two hockey.

When his junior career was complete, Campbell made the jump to Union College for 2014-2015 after the team won the NCAA’s Frozen Four. One of the biggest contenders in the stronger post-secondary hockey league in the world, Union has thrived with Campbell on the roster, with the 21-year-old playing a pivotal role on the team’s top defensive pairing.

Campbell isn’t just a single sport athlete. In fact, he received Division I scholarship offers to play lacrosse after being named MVP of the Oakville Buzz in 2013. On top of that, Campbell loves to play golf and spend time with friends, among other interests.
